We set out to see what Canada’s nicotine pouch market actually looks like on the ground — not what it looks like on paper. Along the way, we visited 15 stores and documented what was readily available outside the regulated market.
What we found raised some serious questions about whether the current Ministerial Order is actually working as intended.
Now we’re heading west, taking what we learned in Ontario with us and continuing to ask the same question: Can we regulate nicotine pouches better?
