Nine days. Thousands of kilometres. One important message:

Canadians deserve access to safer nicotine products.

DAY 1 - MONTREAL

Today felt like the official beginning of something bigger than a road trip.

We’re slowly figuring out life in the RV—where everything goes, how to work together in a small space, and how quickly an RV starts to feel like home.

As we made our way to Montreal, we spoke with people about nicotine pouches and the reality on the ground. The conversations reinforced why we’re here: legal products are restricted to pharmacies, while illegal products remain easy to find. That isn’t good for consumers or public health.

This journey is about listening, documenting, and asking whether there’s a better way. My hope is that by the time we reach Alberta, we’ll have collected enough stories to help move the conversation toward practical solutions that protect youth while ensuring adults have access to regulated products through legal channels.

One day down. Many kilometres—and conversations—to go.

Watch today’s video to join us on Day 1 of the journey, and be sure to follow Rights 4 Vapers on all our social media channels as we travel across Canada sharing what we discover, one stop at a time.
