Thank You for an Incredible Summit

What an unforgettable success! Thank you to every single person who joined us both in person and online for the Safer Nicotine Summit. Your energy, your honesty, and your willingness to show up for change made this event truly powerful.

We came together with one shared goal: to push for smarter, evidence-based regulations and to champion the people whose lives are directly impacted by them. Safer nicotine products may still be labelled “novel” today, but we know that tomorrow they will be recognized and applauded for their role in reducing smoking-related illness. That future is within reach and this community is helping build it.

Your participation, your stories, and your hope are the fuel behind this movement. Every question asked, every comment made, every session attended brought us closer to the change we need. And we’re just getting started.

Thank you to all our speakers!

Dr. Mark Tyndall, Professor David Sweanor, Marion Burt, Professor Ian Irvine, and Sam Tam.
Your insight and perspective are exactly what this space needs. You helped push the conversation into places we often don’t get to go, and we’re grateful for the clarity and experience you each brought.

To our moderator, Richard McClaren, your guidance was invaluable. You asked the tough questions, challenged our assumptions, and pushed us to articulate our positions in ways we haven’t before. Because of you, the discussion moved forward instead of staying still.

Keep your eyes on this page we’ll be sharing updates, next steps, new initiatives, and ways you can continue to get involved. We will also get the entire conference online!

Until then, remember:

  • Share your story. Real experiences drive real change.
  • Call out misinformation. Lead with facts, compassion, and clarity.
  • Know that you matter. Your voice, your presence, and your advocacy make a difference.

Thank you for standing with us. Thank you for believing in better.

Together, we’ll make history, one lived experience at a time!
