Canada’s largest consumer movement advocating for safer nicotine products.

Rights 4 Vapers is a movement dedicated to advancing evidence-based regulations on vaping. We are an informal collection of committed volunteers who believe that vapers deserve to make an informed choice. We are guided by unpaid academic advisors.

Fact Check Sharma

Millions of adult Canadians have successfully quit smoking by switching to vaping, a proven harm reduction tool that dramatically reduces exposure to toxic chemicals found in cigarettes. Yet, the B.C. government’s proposed Bill 24, the Vaping Product Damages and Health Care Costs Recovery Act, threatens to take away that progress by treating vaping like tobacco under a misguided cost-recovery framework.

The Safer Nicotine Summit

Change is Overdue. The Safer Nicotine Summit is a step in the right direction. By bringing scientists, policymakers, businesses, and consumers together, the summit aims to craft a pragmatic, evidence-based framework: the Safer Nicotine Act.
